Terms of Use

By accessing, installing, or using any platform, software, or utility within the VinaCDE and VinaBuild Ecosystem, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms. The VinaCDE and VinaBuild Ecosystem provides a wide range of services under both free and paid plans. For paid plans, the legal right of use is granted only after the user has completed the payment obligations. Payment grants only a limited right of use according to the registered service plan; users do not acquire ownership rights over the source code or core technologies of the system.

Users are permitted to utilize the VinaCDE and VinaBuild platforms for personal, commercial, or project management purposes. However, to safeguard the system, users strictly must not:

• Copy, lease, resell, or unauthorizedly distribute any resources or software belonging to the ecosystem.
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, decompile, or breach the security and digital rights management (DRM) mechanisms of the system.
• Exceed the allowed number of devices or users, or share access rights outside the scope of the granted license.
• Deploy the software on virtual servers, cloud environments, or use it for automated processing (APIs, web services) without specialized authorization.

Project Data Ownership: All drawings, models, and documents uploaded to VinaCDE and VinaBuild remain the property of the user or the user's organization. The system automatically records an activity log (audit trail) to ensure transparency for project management.

Personal Data Protection: The system collects only essential information (full name, email, IP address, activity logs) necessary for operation, security, and technical support. We commit to implementing reasonable security measures in compliance with Vietnamese law, and will not sell data to unauthorized third parties.

Marketing Communications: Users reserve the full right to consent to or withdraw consent from receiving update notifications and promotional offers from the ecosystem at any time.

Non-refundable: Users are advised to independently evaluate the suitability of the service through trial versions prior to making a purchase. All fees paid are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law.

Maintenance and Updates: Products within the VinaCDE and VinaBuild Ecosystem are continuously upgraded. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues through software updates and patches. However, we do not guarantee that all updates will be identical across all product versions.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The software is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinaCDE and VinaBuild shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruptions arising from incompatible hardware, force majeure events, or user operations contrary to instructions.

Terms Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms to meet new operational requirements and will provide public notice prior to such changes taking effect.

Governing Law: Any related disputes shall be resolved primarily through good-faith negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted for resolution to the competent authority under the laws of Vietnam.
