CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO MẬT DỮ LIỆU – VinaCDE

1. Mục đích

VinaCDE cam kết bảo vệ tuyệt đối thông tin và dữ liệu khách hàng trong suốt quá trình sử dụng nền tảng. Chính sách này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, lưu trữ, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu người dùng.

2. Phạm vi áp dụng

Chính sách này áp dụng cho tất cả khách hàng, đối tác, người dùng cuối và các bên liên quan khi truy cập và sử dụng dịch vụ của VinaCDE.

3. Thu thập thông tin

Chúng tôi có thể thu thập các loại thông tin sau:

Thông tin đăng ký tài khoản: họ tên, email, số điện thoại, tên công ty.

Dữ liệu dự án: mô hình BIM, bản vẽ CAD, hồ sơ tài liệu, thông tin tiến độ và các tệp dữ liệu khác được người dùng tải lên.

Dữ liệu sử dụng dịch vụ: lịch sử đăng nhập, hoạt động chỉnh sửa, nhật ký truy cập.

Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị, trình duyệt.

4. Mục đích sử dụng thông tin

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin để:

Cung cấp và duy trì dịch vụ VinaCDE.

Đảm bảo an ninh, xác thực người dùng.

Hỗ trợ vận hành, bảo trì, nâng cấp hệ thống.

Liên hệ, hỗ trợ khách hàng khi cần thiết.

Tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp luật hiện hành.

5. Bảo mật và lưu trữ dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được mã hóa và lưu trữ trên hạ tầng server đặt tại Việt Nam hoặc server riêng theo yêu cầu.

VinaCDE tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn bảo mật ISO/IEC 27001.

Tất cả hoạt động truy cập và chỉnh sửa đều được ghi nhận nhật ký đầy đủ.

Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ vật lý, kỹ thuật và quản trị để phòng ngừa mất mát, lạm dụng, truy cập trái phép.

6. Quyền của khách hàng

Khách hàng có quyền:

Yêu cầu truy cập, xem, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu cá nhân.

Yêu cầu xuất dữ liệu lưu trữ trên nền tảng.

Khiếu nại hoặc phản hồi liên quan đến việc sử dụng dữ liệu.

7. Chia sẻ thông tin

VinaCDE không chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân với bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, trừ trường hợp:

Có sự đồng ý của khách hàng.

Theo yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo quy định pháp luật.

Để bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp của khách hàng và VinaCDE.

8. Thời gian lưu trữ

Thông tin và dữ liệu được lưu trữ trong thời gian khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ và tối đa 12 tháng sau khi chấm dứt hợp đồng, trừ khi có thỏa thuận khác bằng văn bản.

9. Cập nhật chính sách

Chính sách này có thể được điều chỉnh, bổ sung để phù hợp yêu cầu pháp luật và mục tiêu bảo mật. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được thông báo trên website chính thức của VinaCDE.

DATA PRIVACY POLICY – VinaCDE

1. Purpose

VinaCDE is committed to strictly protecting all customer information and data throughout the use of the platform. This policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect user data.

This policy applies to all customers, partners, end users, and related parties accessing and using VinaCDE services.

3. Information Collection

Account registration information: full name, email, phone number, company name.

Project data: BIM models, CAD drawings, documents, progress information, and other files uploaded by users.

Service usage data: login history, editing activities, access logs.

Technical data: IP address, device information, browser details.

Provide and maintain VinaCDE services.

Ensure security and user authentication.

Support system operations, maintenance, and upgrades.

Data is encrypted and stored on infrastructure servers located in Vietnam or on dedicated servers as requested.

VinaCDE complies with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 security standards.

All access and editing activities are fully logged.

We apply physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

6. Customer Rights

Customers have the right to:

Request access to, review, edit, or delete their personal data.

Request export of data stored on the platform.

Lodge complaints or provide feedback regarding data usage.

7. Data Sharing

VinaCDE does not share personal information with any third party except in the following cases:

With customer consent.

8. Data Retention Period

Information and data will be stored for the duration of the customer’s use of the service and up to 12 months after termination of the contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be amended or supplemented to comply with legal requirements and security objectives. All changes will be announced on VinaCDE’s official website.
